Taiwan's Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and Uni-President have unveiled the latest X-STORE vision-based autonomous retail solution, marking a shift from pilot testing to commercial deployment. X-STORE 9 leverages full visual recognition, skeletal tracking, and edge AI computing, enabling fast deployment without shelf modification. The system delivers seamless grab-and-go shopping, supports up to 20 simultaneous shoppers, and adapts to campuses, communities, and corporate environments.
